Jext pen refusal by GP

Hi there, six years ago I had an anaphylactic reaction to some prescribed antibiotics and was rushed to hospital. Following this I was prescribed 2 jext pens as a precaution. I have renewed these pens when they expire and today my prescription was refused by my GP on clinical grounds... No other explanation. Is this standard practice after carrying pens for so long to have them suddenly stopped? I also have asthma and allergies to bananas, pollen and a whole host of creams and several other broad spectrum antibiotics.

Surely the GP should at the very least check with the doctors who treated you at the hospital before refusing your prescription.
