This is a very effective drug
How ever the side effects at the start of taking it can be quite unpleasant for some people
I can not stress enough persevere with it it takes four to six weeks to work well in a lot of cases
I have now taken it for six weeks and almost back to normal
I suffered headaches and very unpleasant anxiety attacks that lasted several hours at a time
If you look up how it works you get a good understanding why you can feel worse before you get better but you do get better
