Hello everyone I haven’t been on here for a bit because I had a fluoroscopy done and then found out at a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder unfortunately the fluoroscopy didn’t work and my right kneecap popped out already again. I’m battling severe cramping in my legs and my feet I feel like Charlie horses but just so painful and Evan have not often on in my legs so I’m in a really hard time just trying to move around and stop at force my body to move around because it needs to body in motion is a body that never quits anyways I hope you are all doing wonderful. May you all be blessed with no pain smiles on your face the sun shine upon you in the love and support on here in the prayers from others really do help. I pray for all of you every night in my prayers asking the Lord to bless us all and guide us through our difficult journeys I realize now that I will be faced with the difficulty of eventually being permanently in a wheelchair with. I also found out I have a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder and this is why I can’t even do a swim stroke in fact I can’t even go back to aquasize as they made me go on my knees as part of some exercises and that’s when they started crunching and that’s when they start after that they popped out I’m not saying that aquasize is not good for you but it’s not good if you’re on your knees if you have really bad knees that are broken and mutilated from Ostio. God bless you amen 🙏

Hi my lovely friend franklin😊🌿🌸🦋

I am sooo sorry about all you’re suffering with and going through. God bless you abundantly and meet your every needs.

I haven’t been replying much myself because of my failed thyroid and narcolepsy like spells which absolutely controls my life. Sometimes it’s 2-3 days before I can fully awaken and be alert. How I hate this but it’s my new reality.

Please know I pray for you and everyone else too nightly.

Yes it’s very important to keep all in prayer for we are to pray without ceasing.

I’m so sorry Hun about your eventual wheelchair situation. Although it is a terrible state to have to come to at least you will not be bed bound or brain dead (24 years now) like my niece.

Do you wear knee braces now since to your failed surgery??? If not it might be good to try it and see if it works.

So sorry about your Osteoarthritis. I have it systemically. It’s really life altering.

I know you were doing so well in Aquasize therapy. Sooo sorry it caused so many problems for you sweetie. I’m the same way. I had physical therapy for 17 years. It was effective only short term and I had lots of injuries some permanently from hEDS.

With each episode we endure we have to adjust to our new reality. So I understand and empathize with you sweetie.

I hope this reply doesn’t wake you at this hour I just woke up and decided to try and answer your posts. It’s 4:10 am here now.

God bless you abundantly my sweet friend. Take care.

Much love ♥️ hugs 🤗 kisses 🥰 and prayers 🙏.
