What could cause this sensation?

I have this sensation of liquid dripping or running down my legs (It makes me think I’ve peed myself even tho I know I didn’t) I also have electric shock pains in my back in my ribs sometimes in the sides of my abdomin. They last few seconds but they HURT. had an mri they found a annular tear in my lower spine and a slight bulge on the lower spine but “nothing that could cause that sensation”

My doctors haven’t been very helpful, I’ve had this since January 2017 and am just now getting an mri -.- meanwhile this has caused me to become paranoid I’m peeing myself and everyone can see but myself (Weird i know) I’m uncomfortable to be around people. I know there’s nothing there but it feels warm, when I sit down it feels like it’s pooling around my butt and thighs. I get it up my back to. Any help would be amazing

I don’t know what is causing your experience, but when I was healing from chest surgery I had a similar sensation. I felt like there was liquid dripping and running down my skin around the area. When I still had the bandages on I would get really worried my stitches were leaking and when I thought of that it would feel even more present. My doctor told me that can happen to people sometimes when their nerves are reconnecting after being moved. Eventually after 4 months of healing it went away. I know it’s a different experience, but I thought it might be interesting to hear and think about.
