HRT after Thyroid Cancer
Radical
neck
dissection
full thyroidectomy dozen lymph nodes removed. I've been on a rollercoaster with thyroxine for all that time struggling to feel well. Just got a new diagnosis of significant endometriosis, large cysts. Dr can't tell me its definitely not ovarian cancer until its removed.

post Papillary Thyroid Cancer
had full thyroidectomy and
neck
dissection
in May 2022 which removed 24 lymph nodes and 2 parathyroid glands as well. All good, apparently now cancer free. Was not able to have RAI as had apparently had thyroiditis (picked up when thyroid examined post op).

Polyneuropathy.
I treat my polyneuropathy with B6 and B12. GracePV shared their experience with B6, B12 nd B1. This inspired me to revisit my self treatment of my polyneuropathy. I came across information about Benfotiamine which is similar to Thiamine Hydrochloride and Thiamine Nitrate. There are indications

Not thyroid related, but has anyone experienced under skin neurofibroma? Trying to figure out whether to have it removed or not. No pain, but wondering if it shall get bigger in size.

Hello lovely people. Just a quick question. I’m presently undergoing tests for base of tongue cancer. I’ve had 2 u/s scans with fnb, a mri, a ct, a pet Ct and biopsy under GA. Results haven’t been helpful to rule anything in or out. I would like copies of the results how do I go about getting them please

mannitol
mannitol which is in Teva brand of thyroxine and does not agree with everyone. I have found out is obtained by the hydrogenation of sugars from wheat/corn starch no wonder I have problems, being gluten free. Also found it in other medications.

Guanfacine and N-acetylcysteine (NAC-600 mg)
I recently posted a link to an article that talked about treating brain fog with a combination of Guanfacine, a prescription drug used for treating high blood pressure, and N-acetylcysteine (NAC-600 mg), which I gather is an over-the-counter supplement. Has anyone here had any experience with either

CLL and oral cancer
has anyone here experienced oral cancers? I know we are 5 times more likely to get secondary cancers having CLL, I had a speckled Leukoplakia and have just two days ago had two lesions surgically removed both sides of my tongue, one is a very large wound both underneath my tongue, I’m in a lot of pain

Is my FT4 too high to add T3?
In July 2021 I had central left
neck
dissection
removing 27 lymph nodes which 6 were positive for papillary. Due to my age and other medical issues they want my TSH below 1. but not deeply suppressed.

High systolic blood pressure but normal diastolic blood pressure meaning in B12 deficiency, do you have the same issue?
My systolic blood pressure 14.5 mm hg and diastolic blood pressure is between 9.2 to 8.1 Is that normal and I have mostly muscle weakness neuropathy. Higher systolic blood pressure is the root cause of heart attack. I'm to see my cardiologist on October. My High systolic blood pressure is not related
