Have u given birth before? Or is this the 1st child.

Some women who have 1 child or more do at times find their bladder gets weaker which is why midwifes are always keen for us to practice our pelvic floor exercises during & after pregnancy.

I would admit its a bit early in the pregnancy to be getting symptoms like this. This would be likley to happen much later on in week 30+

If you havent already u could seek advise from your midwife or gynaecologist.

Good Luck.

Tena lady! Despite a reasonably strong pelvic floor sometimes I don't make it to the loo in time, I always have a pad on. It is somewhat disconcerting it's true and if your pad isn't absorbent for urine it can leak onto your clothes. Carry around some extra pants and get tena lady or equivalent with a high absorbency and I would definitely speak to your doctor or midwife about it and certainly would recommend pelvic floor exercises. Good luck!

Wow, 3rd baby I could only try to understand what your pelvic floor has gone through. Im only carrying my 2nd & do struggle a Lil to make it to the loo.

Kotex pads are a good brand to use. Very absorbant.
