Should i be worried or am i just paranoid?

Hi folks. I am now 21 weeks pregnant. I have had little spots of blood through my urine and little smearing on pants. I had my scan last week and everything was great. Plus i have felt him kicking like mad. Should i be concerned?

Hey, I've had similar and everything's been fine. I think different hospitals have different policies but I know mine urged me to inform them of any type of spotting so they can decide whether to look into it. Maybe worth giving someone a call just to be sure? I was told sex can cause it and isn't harmful at all.

Earlier in my pregnancy when mine got worse in the evening I called nhs 24 and they were very helpful and reassuring and called the maternity hospital and arranged an extra scan for me. So if gets worse maybe give them a call. That was in the first trimester though so I would try not to worry too much.

Hi u must go to the maternity assessment unit, I had pains and major frequent urination it as turned out to be a kidney infection, I'm now on strong antibiotics and was monitored today at hospital. If u have n infection like me I began getting small contractions. Please go to hospital ASAP xx

I would say if you worried at all go to the hospital best case scenario is all is fine and your mind is put at ease , its always better to go I went up once with a bleed and turned out I had something wrong with my cervix and hypertension and then I went up with pains and turn out I am having ligament pain as the baby is now laying sideways and I have an infection, so certainly get it checked
