Tilted uterus

Has anyone else had a scan between 10 weeks and 13 and not managed to get a good look at baby? I had mine yesterday got found it very difficult with normal ultrasound and so did vaginal ultrasound managed to get a glimpse before she lost it again. No picture which I was. Gutted about she said. As is my third pregnancy it seems my uterus tilts even more so with each one therefore 3 rd time very difficult. Which would explain the excruciating pain I get when having a smear or vaginal exam. Shesaidshe will do another scan at mid jan when ill be 16 weeks and we should get a good picture.
