Apparently this is normal due to hormones and also skin stretching later on, I find I'm quite itchy during the day but this may just be coincidence!

Hi yes it is normal its your hormones and skin stretching to accomodate your growing baby. I am 16 weeks and 2 days and the itching subsided at around 11 weeks but this could be different for other expecting mums I have found that rubbing coco butter on my stomache helped stop the itching feeling

Yes I am itchy too! I feel like an army of ants are walking up my back, drives me nuts!! Apparently it is normal but if you start itching excessively then it could be a sign of something to do with your liver so it is worth keeping an eye. there is some guidance here on how to aleviate the symptoms:

How far along are you? If your palms of your hands are itchy or soles of your feet. Also the rest of your body. It is excessive itching. I had it. Even a hair brush didn't relieve the itch. If your worried just go and see someone. They don't mind. But some itching is normal and the condition I had is quite uncommon.

I'm 11 weeks. I have started to moisturise all over. It seems to help a bit xx
