I've been feeling dizzy and faint too, i had to take last week off work was so bad. But still getting it now, finding eating can help but not always and slow improvement, and always have a bottle of water with me. Would be keen to take on any advice too! Didn't realise could be from low blood pressure. Sorry no help though

I've been the same with both pregnancies, and my midwives both said that although there's a chance you could faint, there's nothing to worry about for the baby - you faint, they stay unaffected. The only thing to worry about really is falling over and hitting bump, so get down low and take some deep breaths - even if it is in the aisle at tescos. To prevent faints, I always make sure I don't get up too quickly and also, just to be safe, try and have bath or shower only when other people are in the house. And not too hot, cos that makes you really fainty too.
