Painful Wind! Ooosh!

I can't seem to rid myself of it! I eat very well indeed, fruits, vegetables and meat, hardly anything processed. I know to lay off potatoes as that makes it excruciating if I have anything but a very small portion infrequently. I chew my food well, I take my time with my dinner, never wolf it down and every day there it is... wind pain! I just can't get rid of it!

Peppermint Tea

Chamomile Tea

Boiled water

Massaging my tummy

Laying on myside


Any tips windy ladies?
