22 weeks and baby not moving?
Don't panic!!
With my first and current pregnancies, I've routinely had at least one major freak out due to little or no movement. Thus far it has always been a case of the little one having a lazy day (usually 'lazy day' means 'growing' and the next round of movements will be much stronger).
But if you're concerned enough to be posting, I'd suggest contacting your midwife or maternity assessment. They are very understanding of any concerns, and I'm sure they would rather be sure your baby is doing well. It's amazing the relief you feel when you hear that heartbeat, and the little tyke is more than likely going to start wriggling about just after you've been for a check up!!
If you're advised to go in for a check up, take tissues! I always cry as soon as I start explaining my concerns, then again when I hear the heartbeat. Such a sook

Always contact your midwife if anything has changed or your in doubt, that's what they are there for. Even better if you have an ADAU at your local hospital pop in & see them, (Antenal Day Assement Unit), or even the labour ward if out of daytime hours! I'm 37 wks felt baby kick at 23wks. He would have 2 lively days then 2 lazy days. Recently I have used the ADAU a lot, they strap you up to a monitor to assess baby's movements & heart beat, sometimes there's a long wait, but well worth it for your peace if mind! Good luck
Hiya Loubi-lou,
Just wondered how you are going? Did you speak to your midwife?
Hope you're both well.
