I followed a low carb, high protein diet prior to falling pregnant. Since being pregnant i have introduced more carbs and ballooned in size and also feel more sluggish and tired. I know some of that is due to being pregnant but is it safe to go back to my previous way of eating? I'm only 10 weeks and really shouldn't have gained this much already!! I don't want to lose the weight, I know that wouldn't be good but prefer my previous eating habits!

I'd speak to a midwife or GP before sticking with particular diets. NHS website has good advice on what to eat / not eat during pregnancy, so maybe start there. If it were me, I'd stick with a balanced diet, eating small regular meals.
