How much should my baby be moving at 22 weeks?

I only found out I was pregnant 2 weeks ago so this is all a big shock and new to me. Apologies if Ive posted this in the wrong place...

I have been feeling baby move quite regularly for about a week now, but the movement is less intense and slower today. I feel like im being overly paranoid and would just like some advice on whether or not I should be worried?

Thanks :)

I didn't feel much at 22 weeks more around 25 onwards for me..if really worried thou midwife will always check you and babys heart beat ..

Baby sleeps about 14-18 hours a day at this point. Your not going to feel movement all the time. If it stops for days and nothing then yes you will want to go check but if its just a day you have nothing to worry about.
