congratulations jbs! I say tell your boss in the next month or so so they have time to prep for your leave and don't feel left in the dark.
Congratulations on your 12-week scan. This certainly is an exciting time for you. Telling your manager that you’re pregnant can be nerve wracking; however, being prepared will help you feel more confident about it.
