Hi. I am just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience.I am 8 weeks pregnant and started having mild nausea last week which has been very very steadily building. Sort of felt like car sickness with a nasty taste in my mouth and aversions to certain food.
On Saturday I had my double jab I tried to research as much as possible of it was safe but in the end decided that getting COVID or flu was more of a risk so I had both.
The next day my sickness has suddenly ramped up ten fold. I couldn't eat, slept a tonne and felt like I was going to throw up most of the day.
This morning after a really long sleep it has eased up considerably, still queasy but much closer to the levels pre jab.
I am trying not to worry that my symptoms are easing off too soon and I am hoping it just spiked a little because of the jab and will now continue (although I know it's still early in the pregnancy so could get worse!)
Has anyone else been ill on either Jab whilst pregnant?

I had both Jabs during my second pregnancy and just my flu during my first pregnancy. I never suffered morning sickness at all during either pregnancy, hope your feeling better soon x
I’m a bit further along than you (25 weeks) but had COVID at 21 weeks and didn’t feel well at all for about 4 days.
I’ve since then had my whooping cough jab one week, flu the next and have covid booster booked next week.
After the whooping cough and flu I didn’t feel great for a couple of days, especially with the flu. I can’t Comment on covid one until next week but I’m preparing to feel a bit crap for a few days. Am hoping it’s a no pain no gain thing and will be worth it if I get either illness while pregnant or once she arrives x
I had both my jab whilst I was pregnant with my little boy yes had same as you after but was ok in the end. Just take it day by day but if you feel any worse call you midwife or doctors just to be safe. That what I was told. Hope feel better soon
I had my both jabs during pregnancy with no side effects. But the morning sickness peaked at around 8-10 weeks. I hope you feel better soon and if you're worried, call your midwife.
I haven't had the covid booster jabs, i've only had the whopping cough and flu luckily i only just had a sore arm with both but if you are worried its best to call your midwife ,i hope you feel better soon
Thanks everyone for your comments. I have since had a scan and everything is fine.y symptoms come and go day by day but still not had anything quite as bad as the day after my jab. To be honest that's a relief as I thought there might be weeks of it!
Happy to be vaccinated and all is well with pregnancy.
