If you’ve had a positive test then assuming your uk based, you need to contact your local midwife services. It varies from trust to trust so you could phone your go surgery for advice as to what the process is where you are. Get yourself either some pregnancy vitamins or at the very least folic acid and vitamin d and familiarise yourself with the do’s and don’ts on the nhs website xx

I personally would get a digital test that says pregnant or not pregnant and the weeks.

I would use the first urine of the day and read the test exactly as the instructions say to use it and read the test in the time frame window.

If that was positive I would day that's a confirmed pregnancy test so you'd need to contact your midwife service and ask to be seen as you'd be approaching your booking in time for getting your bloods and scans arranged.

If it's a negative test, you could contact your gp to see why you've missed a period, it could be down to a number of reasons unrelated to pregnancy.

I hope you get some answers soon, good luck.

Were your negative tests before your positive tests? If so maybe you just took them a little bit too early and you should probably take the positive tests as the real deal? If your period is 6 weeks late that would put you at around 10 weeks pregnant if you are in fact pregnant so you should definitely make contact with your GP services as soon as possible! Good luck to you and I hope it’s the news you’re looking for
