First response faint line

EDIT. unfortunately tested two days later and there is no line 😔. Should I assume it was a false positive or early loss?

Hi everyone,

I know it’s a squinter but wondering what people think of this faint second line? I’m 7/8 dpo. No line yesterday but this very faint one today, any thoughts? Ty!

I can definitely see a 2nd line. Congratulations! I’d retest in a couple of days and it should have got darker x

Hi, it’s due Thursday/Friday but 4 dpo I bled for a few days so assumed it was a very early period, or maybe implantation idk. Now these tests have just confused me more!

With both of mine I’ve had a strong line by my period due date. Sadly all you can do it wait and see. It’s so frustrating! Will keep everything crossed.

Congratulations I can see a line that is very early to test! I tested at 12 DPO and even then only got a 1-2 weeks and quite a faint first response test! Hope it gets darker after a few days HCG should double within 48 hours in the early weeks. All the best Xx

Thank you! I did think it was a bit too soon but I started bleeding and thought it must have been my period but decided to test anyway. Anxious to wait for another test now! Thanks you too 😊 xx

I don’t think that was ever positive it looks more like a mark on the test or some dye has ran from the other line so I wouldn’t worry and think you’ve had a loss to be honest xx

Thank you, the line looked a bit clearer in person so I was so sure it was, but as you say more than likely was something wrong with the test xx
