I had nausea throughout and managed ok teaching. If it’s impacting your work life then you need to speak to your GP. Good luck

I have severe nausea, I'm in week 8 of pregnancy, I've had nausea since week 3, I called and spoke to my GP and they prescribed anti sickness medication for me. It really helps. If you want natural remedies you can try ginger, ginger tea with honey, chew a piece of raw ginger, have 2 ginger biscuits, you can also try having a couple of dry crackers before you get out of bed in the morning.
