There should be a number to call your midwife team on the front of your folder, it doesn't matter if you've not got a regular midwife any midwife can check you over for reduced movement so I would advise you call them ASAP and get checked over to put your mind at ease. Or has an emergency number and a number that goes to voicemail, I personally would use the emergency number for reduced movement, because the voicemail isn't always picked up very quickly.

Yep what Seb said, or call the maternity ward at hospital. Drink something super sugary / fizzy cold on the way to get checked to see if you can get baby moving xx

As baby gets bigger theres less space for big movements so you'll find it feels different to the movements felt earlier in pregnancy. But you shouldn't be feeling less movement, just different. Glad you went to get on the monitor, don't be afraid to do the same again if you have any concerns at all. Perhaps if it happens again, ask that they talk you through how to read the machine while you're on it so you can see when baby is moving and identify the feeling for future reference?Good luck xx
