Can you get covid twice?

Has anyone got covid twice? I'm so scared of getting it again plus I got a 1 month old and 5 year old and fear they will get it 😞😞

Sadly yes you can get it twice. Not sure if this is related to different variants. If you have symptoms get a test. The reality is young child are unlikely to have too many issues with covid. If you're concerned, make sure you take all the necessary precautions, of course it's not foolproof but definitely helps.

I already had covid and was not bad with it... I'm just scared that next time round I won't be so lucky... 🥺

How old are you? Are you ECV? Do you wear a mask, socially distance and wash your hands regularly?

If you aren't at higher risk then the general population and do what you are meant to then that's all you can do.

I understand your anxiety about it but it is a small proportion of people who become very ill with it.

As for your children, they seem to only get very mild symptoms again unless they are ECV?
