I’m roughly 7 weeks pregnant and went for a light walk yesterday afternoon to discover I had brown sticky discharge when I went to the bathroom at home. It’s only there when I wipe. Is this normal? I am extremely fearful this is my first pregnancy trying not to worry

Don’t be fearful. Many women have spotting in pregnancy. Do call the Early Pregnancy Unit tomorrow though and get it checked out.
Exercise, especially a walk, shouldn’t impact it at all.
