Hi

My 6 months old baby has birth mark on his forehead, he has rashes only on his birth mark, I tried applying Aveeno moisturising cream but not reducing, is that common to go on his own or do I need to contact GP ,

From last couple of days he is doing grunting sounds, as a first time mom, no idea why he is doing like that, can anyone tell me what’s the reason behind that, because of changing weather, no idea

Grunting sounds to getting cough also he is getting, not all the times he will do.

I would contact your GP about both things.

If it's a birth mark it's not going to disappear simply by moisturizing although it's unlikely to cause any harm. Was this checked/mentioned at his 8 week check up? You mention a rash is this something different to the birth mark? Rashes comes and go birth marks do not, although can fade over time.

As for the grunting, if he's coughing and grunting/struggling to breathe I would get checked by a medical professional and look at getting him tested for covid too.

He don’t have continuous cough, sometimes only he can make grunting sounds not all the time in day, we using external heaters when he was in sleep, maybe that’s the reason making different sounds, have no idea, trying to call GP also but no luck for appointment.

Could he be teething. Babies cough more when teething and can make odd sounds. Either way best to get both matters checked.
