I had a positive ovulation test on the 11th of September so am currently 13dpo. I’ve done a first response early test this morning and seen the faintest line (could only see it when I used my phone torch to look at it). I’ve had cramping for the past couple of days and when I woke up today I had I thought I must have started my period as it was really light and red blood, just gone to the toilet now and I’m hardly bleeding. I’ve had sore boobs and nausea for the past few days and just want to eat everything in sight. Could this be a period or am I actually pregnant? How long do you usually have to wait for it to show on the first response tests? Thanks in advance xx

Hello lovely,
It could be an implantation bleed & perhaps your hgc wasn't strong enough to pick up on the test. Did you use your first urine of the day? I'm thinking as you needed to use your phone light to see the line it wasn't strong enough. I would test again in a few days
Good luck 🤞 x

Yes it was my first wee of the day! Fingers crossed it’s implantation I’ve been out and bought a few more tests today to check over the next week or so x
I would wait till your period would be due and then test again. Good luck
