Do you mean why did the top teeth come through before the bottom? If so it can happen in any order, my daughter got the side two on top first so she looked like a little vampire

Though it's most common for the bottom two teeth to come through first, occasionally the top two or even a rear tooth will come through first. It's usually nothing to worry about but you can always check with your GP or health visitor if you're unsure.
