Looking for some advice, we are currently trying for a baby. However I have irregular periods and my cycle doesn't follow a clear pattern. It previously never worried me as we hadn't been trying for a baby, but now I am trying to understand when I am ovulating and cannot get a clear picture. I have been tested for polycystic ovary syndrome and other things that may cause irregular periods but came back all clear. Does anybody have some advice on how to conceive?

Irregular periods and trying for a baby
Try ovulation tests. My cycle is between 32-42 days. Cervical mucus was the way I knew when I was ovulating. I took ovulation tests every month to spot when I would be ovulating
I second the ovulation test sticks. They are more accurate xx
Hi I was the same after coming off the pill for 17yrs and trying to conceive. Tested negative for PCOS. What Londontoseoul suggested is what helped me. I also used an app to capture the information and started measuring my basal temperature. My cycle finally became regular after many months, it was a 38 day cycle. Best of luck to you. Stay positive x

Another option is to look into alternative medicines like reflexology or herbal medicine it has helped a number of people (inc myself) get pregnant.
