Previously I suffered an early miscarriage and I found out a few weeks ago that I’m pregnant again. I went for a 6 week and 2 day scan and no heart beat can be found but the yolk and gestation sacs are where they should be. Should I be worried that it’s stopped growing again?? I had two days of very pale brown spotting but that has since stopped. Hence the early scan. I’ve got to go back at 8 weeks but I’m already stressed and almost telling myself it’s bad news!

So sorry for your previous loss, I know how worrying it can be when you find yourself pregnant again. Normally the heart starts to beat somewhere in the sixth week so it doesn’t mean that anything is wrong at all, it’s probably just too early! Try and focus on the fact everything else looked good and I hope your 8 week one brings you some reassurance.
I also had a bit of brown spotting around the same time and I’m now 26 weeks so it doesn’t mean anything is wrong. Brown is old blood so it’s probably just a bit of implantation xx
It’s possible that you might not be 6 week 2 days yet if the implantation was a bit late or your cycle is longer than 28 days. It’s hard not to get stressed out but I heard from many people they’ve only seen beating heat at week 7
