Cramps, 1st period after giving birth

Hi ladies,

I had my baby just over 6 months ago and I have been brestfeeding him exclusively, from 5 month we started introducing some foods, but still brestfeeding. For a past few weeks I have been experiancing cramps. It does feel like pre period cramps. Now since friday they got much worse. I also got lower back pain and diarrhia. It is something I would normally experiance before period, but its been too long now and I am starting to worry this might be something else. Anybody had this? When and how was your first period after giving birth?
