8 & 1/2 weeks pregnant, suffering with morning sickness (in the evenings mainly - post 6pm) accompanied with constipation.

You could try milled linseed/flaxseed, start with a small amount and build up. You can sprinkle on porridge or cereal if you can face it. I had Cheerios a lot when I had sickness as I went off porridge!
Drink lots of water!
lactulose works if none of the natural (more water, increased fibre etc) work. you can’t have senna.
