Arnica tablets?

Evening 😊 so just picked some arnica tablets up then realised I don't even know if you can use these whilst (planning on) breastfeeding? Any advice?? Xx

Hi, my chiropractor recommended I use arnica tablets & cream to help me recover from my c section. I also told her that the leaflet says not for pregnant or breastfeeding and she told me they have to put that on if they haven't done any testing. She said it's been used for years by older generation and babies are all fine. The gp won't give you any advice on it so it's up to you. Maybe do some research and see how you feel about it x

Btw I ended up using both pills and cream but only sparingly
