Am i experiencing early labor at 37 weeks

Ive been having really bad cramping in back and lower abdomen. Babys movement is regular but sometimes feels like sharp pains. Sleeping is impossible during the night and cant get comfortable whT so ever.. baby has dropped and constantly using the bathroom at least 4 to 5 times a night! Been constipated the past few days on top of nauseated. Everytime i eat or drink something my stomach starts hurting. And this started about a weel ago.. am i starting the early stages of labor?

Two days before I gave birth I had the worst cramping and also needed the toilet more than usual so could be the start of something! Your body does have a tendency to play tricks on you though so just take it easy and try to enjoy your time being pregnant! Good luck! X

Thank you so much! And its a hard thing to really say. Every pregnancy is different but knowing how other peoples pregnancys have gone kinda helps

If the cramps are constant and continuing this might be start of but not need to, better to check with your midwifes or hospital. I was having on and off cramps around 34wks and was worried appeared I’ve had infection, but my cramps were only in lower abandonment, kind of moderate period cramps like. When I’ve started labour I was having back pain which increased with pain in time.

Please check with 24/hrs service for pregnant women better to do this if you worried.

I had my baby at 37weeks exactly, contact your local hospital or midwife x my waters went first then the pain started but everyone is different
