Negative HPT and blood test but something is up

Hi everyone. I slept with someone back in mid-October whose pull-out game was not the best and ended up taking plan B four days later (spare me the lecture please). Since then, I have not had a normal period since September, although I did have some bleeding around the beginning of November.

I took several HPTs (all negative) and even got a blood test (which also came out negative). However, I've dealt with off-and-on nausea, fatigue, cramps, and sore breasts, which has really concerned me. I'm dependent on my parents for healthcare and so I can't just stealthily go get an ultrasound to ease my fears, and I'm not sure what to do.

Do you think my symptoms are just a weird case of plan B side effects lasting for two months, or do you think something else is up? I'm getting really worried at this point.

I dont know re symptoms but what i do know is the 'pull out' method is not a contraceptive.

It could be that your hormones are all over the place if you've taken a hormonal method of contraception so it could mess up your cycle. If a pregnancy test and blood test are negative it could be a number of other things causing your symptoms as it's unlikely that you're pregnant.

However no one on here is going to be able to give you conclusive medical diagnosis. I would suggest you make an appointment with your doctor and speak to them, if you need to have a scan you may just need to speak to your parents and disclose to them that you're having period issues but not reveal about your pregnancy concerns. If you need their assistance it's better to discuss with them if your health is at stake even if it is embarrassing.

All the best
