Toilet training regression

Hi everyone 👋

So I toilet trained (not night trained yet) my daughter over the summer holidays and she’s been doing great since then. Two weeks ago and the beginning of last week she was ill with a cold and just a general “under the weather” I kept her home from day care for a couple of days she wasn’t eating like she usually was and I put her in pull ups for those days anyway ever since then I feel like she’s had a regression where she isn’t using the toilet so nicely now after doing it practically perfect for months... I’m not sure what’s going on... sorry for rambling on but any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks 🙏
