Cramping and discharge 15 weeks

hi everyone. I've had some dull low-abdominal pains for the past two days, including sharp pains every couple of hours, mainly on the right. I don't notice any changes in the amount or colour of discharge. I'm mostly concerned about the bouts of menstrual like pain, not sure if its just growing / ligament pains or something to be concerned about, can anyone relate? I'm expecting twins. Thank you.

Sounds like round ligament pain to me Hun. Usually starts about 14 weeks I think. Mine started then. Especially with you having twins it does sound like that's what it is.

Menstrual type pains are normal in pregnancy Hun 🙂.

If you're concerned then just get it checked out Hun xx

thanks for that i think so too, gut feeling is telling me to chill. I did have a hectic past few days, with a lot of walking around, standing on busy trains etc so i think its somewhat down to ligament fatigue too. I have an appointment on Monday so will chat with the OB then. Thanks again x

I would contact mw to be sure, see if you can get in for a scan or appointment. I don’t think ignoring it is the best idea.

thank you! i went to A&E in the end, waited 8 hrs (!!!) to be seen. All was ok, heartbeats strong but i think i might have an infection, waiting for test results. xx
