What sort of baths have you got for your 7 1/2 month olds?

Our LG is growing out of hers, I don’t know whether to get a swivel chair 1 or an aqua pod from mothercare.

She loves her baths and loves splashing away

How is it? Is it 1 that has the suction things at bottem?? X

in reply to Annh17

Yeah it’s suctioned on and was good for her to kick around. We stopped using it at around 14 months as she was fine in the bath with a mat x

I just put my LB in our bath. He could sit unaided by 6 months so didn’t see the point in buying something else as he was fine without x

We have tried that, she just cried all the time. I got in with her and that didn’t go down well lol. She loves her bath time and don’t want to ruin it for her x

I think sometimes it’s scary going from the baby bath to the big bath. To get my LB used to the big bath we stood him up next to it first and played with the water without actually putting him in. We also have a bath with a shower attachment so we got a shower together and then I sat him down in the bath and that worked well x

We have a swivel chair. You can get them on facebook market place for £5 - £10. Even though my son can sit unaided i wouldnt leave him in the bath without it just incase.

I just got my 7 month old a Baby Dam, which blocks off part of the bath tub so it's more cosy and he doesn't feel so overwhelmed (not to mention the savings on water!). He sits up in that (on a few non slip ducks from the pound shop!) And loves it. He's getting more confident every night (though there's been one slipping issue which cause some tears (of alarm rathe than pain!) Xx

My daughter just likes the bath tub as it is. We don’t fill it too deep. We don’t need any extra plastic products now she’s grown out of her baby bath, except some toys!

I bought an angelcare seat that you put in the bath but she prefers lying down in just a bit of water. I tend to alternate the two!
