Hi everyone

So I’m 11+2 pregnant got my first scan next Wednesday.

Last night I woke up about 2-4 times feeling very nauseas.

Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do about it?

Try to eat a little something quite late before you go to bed, a bit of cereal or a biscuit. You might find it helps x

Hi. Have you tried gaviscon. It could be a bit of heart burn. I have had a few times and I have a slurp of gaviscon and it really helps xx
