I am also 11 weeks pregnant and I've been getting headaches as well. I was advised this was because of hormone changes in the body so it is normal. I was told to make sure I drink plenty and try and get as much sleep and rest as possible. It's easier said than done when you've got other children too but try and relax and sleep when you can and you can also take paracetamol if you need it too. I hope this helps.

Yep, very normal. You're coming into your second trimester so will likely get regular headaches. I had some really bad ones and still get them sporadically and I'm 26 weeks.

It seems that is normal to get headaches during pregnancy. Before i have found out that i am pregnant i was drinking 2 coffees per day, after i thought it would be good to stop drinking coffee, but besides the headaches i was feeling very sleepy all the time. Now i only drink one coffee per day and the headaches have decreased. When i get very angry i also have headaches. I try to stay calm during pregnancy but sometimes it's impossible.

Yes very normal. I had horrendous headaches when pregnant with my little boy all the way up to 22 weeks. I used 4head and some paracetamol seemed to help. Hope you feel better soon xx
