So we will be introducing food to our LG when she’s 6 months. She so far has porridge for breakfast and 1/2 jar and fruit for dinner.

When shall I introduce a lunch meal, so shall I just do some finger foods for her too get used too. I know milk is main source of food for now.

She loves her food, when we have our dinner I have been giving her soft boiled veg, which she’s getting hang off

Not being critical, but you’ve already introduced her to foods. You’re just adding to/changing what your doing.

Continue what your doing for breakfast, give her a small something - white bread sandwiches or similar for lunch. Keep dinner the same. Alt add some meat to it and increase the potion slightly.

You’ve started with her being younger than recommend, I’m not commenting just stating a fact as I also started introducing solids a bit early due to recommendations given she had awful reflux, so treat it as if you’d started her at 6 months.

I started early but my little one had veg puree in the morning for a week, then veg puree at brekfast and fruit at lunch for a week, then 3 times a day for a week. Then i moved him on to porridge for brekfast and meals for the other two. Ive gradually added proper food. He now eats a weetabix and half a banana for brekfast a whole pouch (7+), yoghurt, fruit and some biscottis or something for lunch and then something like peanut butter on toast or crumpets for tea with fruit or pudding.

They say the should be on 3 meals and 2 snacks by 12 months my lo is 7.5 and already on 3 meals lol.
