Nearly 11weeks pregnant with twins

Hi all. Need advice please.

I'm on anti sick tablets and I still keep being sick/cannot keep any food down.

I have no energy etc...

Any tips????

Hello. I really suffered too, i am now just over 12 weeks (single pregnancy) and slowly starting to feel better. I changed the anti sickness tablets that i was given as the first set didn't help, maybe go back to your dr? It's really important to stay hydrated and I also got a drs note for reduced hours at work for a period of time as i couldn't get through a whole day. I hope you start to feel better soon.

Thank you. I'm going to call them in the morning. I've lost my job because I cannot to it. I have no energy and I'm tired all the time xxx

Definitely give your dr a call in the morning, they will be able to give you some advice. Take plenty of time to sleep and rest and hopefully you will start to feel better soon x

Do they know you’re pregnant? They legally can’t dismiss you for pregnancy sickness... shouldn’t even count on your sickness record

Get your tablets changed. They tend to give the mildest one then work their way up to ondansetron etc.
