just after abit of advice, all day yesterday and even today I have been feeling really lack of energy, fatigue really bad to the point I can barely keep my eyes open at work. I been sleeping well at night so I dont get why this is happening. Today I've even started feeling abit sicky and getting really hot and sweaty and cant keep concentration, debating going home from work.

Could be baby having a growth spurt. I’ve noticed I get this for a few days every so often (I’m 21 weeks), then my tummy grows a bit. Listen to your body, take the rest if you can x

Might be that your iron levels are low. It's very common in pregnancy. Ask at your 28 week check to have your bloods checked for iron. Or go and see your GP. You'll be able to get a supplement. Just note these can make you very constipated so keep up the fibre and plenty of water, fruit and veg.

I've had low iron with both my pregnancies and it usually strikes around 28 weeks, that feeling of utter exhaustion. Easy to fix though.

All the best with the rest of your pregnancy!

I’ve been like this the last couple of weeks and turns out my iron was low. I also got quite breathless too. Started the iron tablets this week and starting to feel better already. I’m 27weeks now with twins. If they give you iron tablets make sure they give you Lactulose as well so you don’t get constipated. Xx

This is me this week too! 🥴 So tired, breathless and bump aching like crazy (24w1d) I’ve actually had to take a couple of days off work. Thought I’d finally left the exhaustion&nausea behind but it’s back with a vengeance!
