Episiotomy scar

Hi Everyone, just wondered if anyone has been referred to gynaecology for a painful episiotomy scar? I did have a rather traumatic birth which was complicated by a postpartum haemorrhage and since then my scar has been painful (10 months after giving birth!) 😞 My GP has been fantastic and has recommended a gynaecology review but I failed to ask what treatment options they may consider 🤦. Just curious if anyone has been through a similar experience? I would be grateful to know a bit more about what to expect. Many thanks xxx

Hi, i am so sorry to hear about your traumatic experience about giving birth. I am only 17 weeks pregnant, i don't know what advice to give you, but i hope you will get well soon and find a good treatment.
