Baby teething? Or vaccines?

Hi

Wanted to asked if anyone has this experience. My 13month old has been teething sometime now. This past few days gums are enlarged and very red. He has went off all foods will only drink his bottles however I am worried as he is having ongoing diarrhea really bad running and up his back straight through his clothes every time. Going on from Saturday.

I should also add that his latest vaccines were on Friday past too but would these bad nappies still be on going days later after injections?
