I ovulated yesterday which I totally forgot about it though I had sex a day before and a day after ovulation, pls can I still get pregnant

Yes you could get pregnant if you had sex the day before ovulation

Have you downloaded an app to track your ovulation? I had Ovia and it showed you the days where you had best chance of conceiving and it definitely wasn't just one day. Looking back from our due date we didn't conceive on the optimum day according to the app. This is assuming you want to be pregnant!
