Early pregnancy signs? Or overthinking?

So I am 7dpo today and this morning noticed a brown spotting first thing. I’ve had on off mild cramping all day. Very sore nipples.

The most sensitive sense of smell... when my husband emptied the bin and cleaned the cat litter tray - I continuously gagged! When my husband couldn’t smell anything. I’ve just eaten my favourite chocolate cake.... and it tasted like it was coated in a strange unpleasant coating. My husband said it was delicious.

He’s asked me all day am I pregnant and I said it would be too early to get symptoms like this. But I did a pregnancy test and it was definitely negative.

Am I just over aware of these things? Or are they signs of early pregnancy?

Xxx

Until your much closer to your missed period your unlikely to get a positive test result as your hcg levels wouldn't be high enough yet to register.

Your symptoms currently could be similar to the symptoms of your period being due.

Unless/until your period is missed or late, try and just relax. It can be really tough when you're trying when you see every symptom as a pregnancy sign.
