I’m pregnant after IVF. I used to take pregnacare prenatals but both NHS and private consultant said to only take vitamin D and folic acid/folate. It’s much cheaper

With my first pregnancy I was taking Pregnacare, and most times I would find deal in Asda or Tesco

3 for £10 - which I think is very affordable.x

I used the Asda own brand pregnancy vitamins with the omega capsules, I looked at the levels of vits and mins in each and the differences were so tiny I didn't see the need to pay extra for the name brand one.

I take pregnacare too but you're right, it's expensive!

If you sign up to boots parenting club (which you can do at any stage of your pregnancy) they send you a voucher for free supplements. I think it's folic acid and vitamin d, which are the main ones recommended in pregnancy. I've already bought enough pregnacare to last for the rest of my pregnancy so I gave the supplements to a friend at one of my mummy groups.
