Is this my heartbeat or my baby heartbeat?

I cannot work out if this is my heartbeat or the heartbeat of my baby? I'm 12 weeks tomorrow.

Wouldn't let me upload so had to use the YouTube link (I put it on there for advice.)

Sounds like your baby's 🧡 as it was 32 beats per 12 sec. (~160 per minute)

For adults usally it's around 1 beat per second (60 per minute)

(unless one just finished riguous exercise)x

Hmmm not sure. I agree that it's unlikely that's your own heartbeat but not sure whether it's your baby's heartbeat or the sound of the placenta... I'm not an expert at all but when I've heard the baby's heartbeat sounded more like techno music lol. If you type in YouTube baby's heartbeat vs placenta you can hear both and compare. Of course the most reliable answer will come from your midwife or gp.

It isn't my placenta as it sounds nothing like it. I've heard my placenta sound before on the doppler.

Babies heart beat sounds like a clip clop beat placenta is more of a throbbing like your heart beat

It can also sound like a train. Nevermind I'll ask somewhere else

Hi, this sounds like babies heartbeat to me. Well it’s what my babies sounded like when I used a Doppler. Xx
