I’m 28 weeks pregnant and today I went to doctors as I have what I think is a painful lump right under the breast. It’s in a tricky place and hard to find but I do find it n it’s painful to touch. Couldn’t see a doctor but saw a clinical prescriber who felt it I felt the pain but she just said she couldn’t feel anything n that it was my ribs. I can still feel something I can’t stop feeling it I feel anxiety about going to doctors so going back to be told it’s nothing worries me I don’t wanna feel like I’m wasting their time. Anyone had similar experiences?

I would go back and ask to see a doctor to be honest xx

I think a dr will take you more seriously. Don’t worry about wasting their time, they’d rather spend a little time now checking you than a lot of time later treating you if it does turn out to need treatment.

I’d be going back to see a doctor too, if I was in your position. You’re not wasting their time x

I had a painful lump in my boob a couple of years ago and it turned out to be aggressive breast cancer. Get an appointment with a doctor and ask for a referral to your local breast clinic. Better safe than sorry xxx

See a doctor. I did a while back due to breast pain but no lump. Checked me and referred as standard to breast clinic. Went to breast clinic and was told to wear non-wired bra and the pain went away. They never once made me feel like I was wasting their time. Don't avoid going because you're afraid, most of the time it's nothing but better to be safe and quick to catch it than leave it or wait.
