I’m an agency worker and my shifts change due to the client I support. How many weeks/months do they calculate to give me my 90% average wage as my weekly wage changes all the time? Any help would be great.

Not quite sure how it works with agency but with us they take the last 13 weeks of your work pattern and hours to work out how much your maternity pay will be. X
