3rd trimester sickness?

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone’s sickness returned in the 3rd trimester?

The last week I’ve been feeling almost like I did in the first trimester, little interest in food and getting full up/feeling sick when eating dinner.

I’m really trying to graze as I know the calories are important just wondering if this is normal or if maybe I’m coming down with something?

Mine briefly came back at about 30/31 weeks. It definitely didn’t stay as long as, and wasn’t as bad as the nausea I’d had near the beginning.

Sounds like you’re doing the right thing by eating little & often whether it’s pregnancy related or not but hope it settles soon. x

Thank you, it’s reassuring to know that if it is pregnancy related it’s nothing to be concerned about. Hope you’re well x

Sorry to hear you’re feeling sick, that’s rubbish. I had sickness in the third trimester a few times but it was down to acid indigestion, it made me feel full and super nauseous. Not sure if it could be similar? 🤔 Hope you’re well apart from that xx

Ah that’s interesting recently I’ve had quite bad heart burn so I wonder if it’s related to that. I’ve been trying to avoid taking gaviscon but I think I might have to give in soon. Hope you and your little girl are well xx

Yea, I've been feeling rotten from about 32 weeks on 😂 I've put it down to a squashed stomach and acid reflux etc.

eating little and often has helped, constantly moving from sitting up to lying down and back again. I've cut out fizzy drinks.

As far as I know it's normal, just whatever works for you to relieve it x

My appetite is way down now I’m 32 weeks and I get full really quickly. Get occasional nausea too but generally means I’m too hot, tired or thirsty. X

Hi love, mine did come back in 3rd trimester. I’m 38 weeks now and have been feeling sick especially in the mornings for the last few weeks and I’ve even thrown up for several times. Midwife said it’s normal and happens to some ladies xx

It’s quite common unfortunately.
