I’m 22, and I have just found out I’m pregnant. I fell pregnant when I was 19, and sadly suffered a miscarriage. I’m just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to have a healthy pregnancy?

Sorry about your loss, just try to stay stress free “I know very hard to do” avoid certain foods and don’t take Advil type products you can only have Tylenol also known as ( acetaminophen ) or ( Paracetamol ) depending where you live, and definitely start prenatal vitamins

And congratulations on your rainbow baby

We lost 2 babies before becoming pregnant with our now 10 month old cheeky chap.

I was so strict with my first 2 pregnancies that I decided not to worry too much about 'following the rules' and he was absolutely fine.

I took my vitamins and quit smoking instantly. Other than that, I wasn't too strict. I went off tuna anyway so didn't have to watch how much I ate and I had no blood in my steak but still had it pink. Baring in mind I probably had steak 3 times in my whole pregnancy.

We went to Croatia after our second miscarriage where we met a couple and had a fair amount of alcohol and fags. It wasn't until we got back that we found out I was pregnant and the guilt I had was horrendous! Although I quit smoking etc, luckily it didn't affect him!

Sorry for the essay 😂! I tend to ramble on! Congratulations! Try to enjoy your pregnancy ❤️ x

I had a miscarriage when I was 18, the day I found out I was pregnant I did everything by the book and still lost it, this time I have carried on life as normal and not got uptight, 10wks2 days now, early ultrasound and everything was fine so fingers crossed this time round, all the doctors and midwifes said it’s extremely common to have 1 miscarriage it’s just that no one often talks about them, fingers crossed for you

I fell pregnant when I was 18 and I was so careful with what I did to the point I didn’t even have my dog put her head on my stomach. I unfortunately had a miscarriage at 15 weeks. I’m now pregnant and not being so careful and things are going so well. Fingers crossed for you!! Congratulations x
